Community Run (zone2)
Easy pace.
Recovery after HYROX.
Building endurance.
Fresh air, good conversations, and consistent miles.
Sometimes the most important sessions are the slower ones.
FRIDAY
Recommended for friday - Yoga Session (Online from a Video)
Recovery.
Mobility.
